The Story Behind the Midnight Snow Collection

The Midnight Snow Collection is inspired by the beauty of water in its solid form — black ice, sparkling white snow, and the stark drama of winter landscapes. Nicole van der Wolf draws on the contrast of winter’s dangerous yet exhilarating environment, echoing the mystique of the sea in its liquid form. 

This collection explores minimalist, graphic forms and playful movement. Crisp Argentium silver hoops frame black diamonds, aquamarine, or pink morganite, while one-of-a-kind statement pieces combine hand-carved onyx druse, cat’s-eye moonstone, diamonds, and 18k recycled gold to create jewellery that captures the dramatic magic of moonlight on fresh snow.

Every piece balances intimate luxury with wearability, perfect for everyday life or special occasions. Nicole’s designs emphasize subtle movement, tactile engagement, and a dialogue between wearer and jewellery. Her use of gold wire, hot-riveting, and fine gemstone selection ensures each piece feels both expressive and timeless.

The collection includes ready-to-wear necklaces, earrings, and statement one-of-a-kind pieces. Each piece is handcrafted in Dublin, and bespoke options are available for select one-of-a-kind designs.
