Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
ReturnsWe want you to be happy with your piece, so we have a 30 day exchange policy to give you plenty of time to try on your piece in the comfort of your own home. If it’s not perfect, you can send it back to us or return it to our store on South Frederick Street, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging and with your original receipt. If you received the item as a gift, please provide the name of the person who gifted you the piece so that we can find the original receipt. We are happy to help you select another Nicole van der Wolf heirloom you will cherish forever.
This 30 day return or refund policy is applicable to all our Nicole van der Wolf Jewellery, with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalized or custom engraved jewellery.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. We kindly ask that you contact your local postal service to arrange a return delivery
For peace of mind we suggest using registered post and insuring your piece to make sure your return reaches us safely.
We also recommend keeping your tracking number until your piece has been safely received by our team.
Your opportunity to return will expire within 30 days of dispatch. Therefore your return parcel must be shipped within this period. Returns shipped outside of the 30-day time frame may only be accepted at the discretion of Nicole van der Wolf Jewellery.

Once the order has been returned we will issue a refund to the original payment card within 10 business days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
To exchange an order, please notify us of your intention to exchange an item at email@example.com. Please indicate the item you are returning and the item you would like in exchange. See return instruction above for details on how to return your item.
Exchange items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.
However, if you simply can’t wait, request a refund and place a new order on nicolevanderwolf.com and we will refund your original order when it is returned and if it is undamaged/unworn, in its original box/packaging with the receipt. If you received the item as a gift, please provide the name of the person who gifted you the piece so that we can find the original receipt.
Please note for exchanges you will be charged for/refunded any difference in price, plus any additional shipping costs. Import duties may also apply.
It is part of Nicole’s ethos to make jewellery of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or it is not what you ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the nature of the fault, and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
All jewellery purchased on nicolevanderwolf.com is under warranty against any defect or fault for six months from the date of receipt by you.
The warranty only covers damage that, in the opinion of Nicole van der Wolf Jewellery, is not caused by an accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or by a failure to follow the specific care instructions offered by the designer.
If your item is deemed faulty we will either replace it or repair it. If these options are not available to us we will refund the cost of your item including shipping cost (but minus import duties).
Please refer to the care instructions provided on this site and look after your jewellery as appropriate. Pieces that have been broken or damaged will be considered case by case. Any work to repair or recondition your jewellery may incur a charge.
For goods outside of the warranty a cost for repair may apply.
Please email us at email@example.com to request a repair quote. Once Nicole van der Wolf has made an assessment, we will send you an estimate of the repair cost for your consideration.
Jewellery that does not qualify for an automatic refund or exchange
- Bespoke or custom made jewellery
- Customized or personalized pieces: this includes pieces which have been re-sized or engraved
- Items made to order in a particular specification or size. E.g. The size, the gemstones, metal is different to what is listed online
- Any items that have been worn or are not in their original condition
A gift voucher is the only option if refunds are not possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
