Shipping

To keep things simple our prices include shipping costs.

We ship with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and avail of DHL's Go Green footprint neutral service.

Once you have placed your order with Nicole van der Wolf Jewellery, unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification email, once your order is shipped.

Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm local time, Monday to Friday.

Please allow approx 2-4 business days for delivery depending on the delivery location in the world.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Nicole van der Wolf Jewelery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by DHL or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For all DHL packages a signature is required. If there is no one available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a re-delivery card containing a 10 digit tracking number and the local DHL customer service number for you to call to re-arrange delivery. Please note that once the package is signed for, Nicole van der Wolf Jewellery is not accountable for the package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases, Russia or China. But do get in touch and we will figure out a solution.

Brexit related UK & Northern Ireland Clients.

You do not have to worry about any additional taxes or duties on jewellery purchases. In the case of the UK mainland we will look after the import duties on our end through our shipping partner DHL your pieces will arrive with all duty/import/vat paid.

For Northern Ireland clients there are no obligations and we will send your pieces as normal.
